If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
In most cases we may be able to process a return or replacement due to damage to the product not packaging. If you've purchased Funko products from us we will not process a return/refund but we can help you get replacement boxes if they're available. When shipping Funko products we do our best to ensure safe shipment. All packages are insured for this exact reason, if the post office booted your box down the street then you need to speak with your courier.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Our release dates are not industry standard. The reason behind this is because manufacturers do not cater to small business like they do larger corporations. We do not guarantee products will be available the same day they arrive in chain stores.
If you combine multiple orders, we're to assume by default that you are expecting one shipment. Unless stated, we won't split shipments.
